Michael Todd Review: 4 Weeks

I've had a month to really get to know the Michael Todd range. I've been using the eye cream, facial cleanser, toner and moisturiser everyday. Here are my thoughts...

Honey Oat Cleanser: I really love this cleanser for removing my makeup. I feel like it gives a deep clean and really removes my makeup. Unfortunately I do find it a little too drying, especially in this winter weather, and find my face quite tight when I get out the shower.
It removes makeup so easily and quickly -even mascara! But I do find it doesn't remove waterproof quite so easily.
Another thing I've noticed is that it doesn't remove congestion from my skin, so I've been using the Clinique 7 day scrub every other day or so to unclog my pores.

With these things in mind, I do think I would buy the cleanser again. I think its reasonably priced and after a month I've barely used any of it. It's a must have for easy makeup removal in the shower, but I would consider getting a more moisturising cleanser to wash your face with after.

Cranberry Antiox Toner:  I think this and the cleanser are my favourite products. I look forward to putting this on my skin after my shower. It's quite moisturising and takes away that tight feeling I get from the cleanser. The smell is really soothing and rubbing it over my face is really calming!

I will purchase this product again when I finish it, but I may try the blue algae one first and see how that one fares comparatively.

Citrus Cream Moisturiser: I use this moisturiser before I go to bed. It's too thick for day-time use unless I have a good half hour or so to wait around to sink into my skin. I think it is moisturising but it's not one of those moisturisers you put on and immediately feel the effects.

My preference is gel moisturisers and I don't think I would purchase this one again. Although, the smell of this has really grown on me and I quite like it now.

Like the moisturiser, this cream sits on the skin a while before it sinks in. For that reason, I only tend to use it in the evening. It's really lovely though and I have noticed less lines under my eyes, and less Milia, which is something I have been so kindly blessed with. The Milia under my eyes got quite bad when I was 18 or so because of the really heavy, thick concealers and moisturisers I put under my eyes. It's been a work in progress to get rid of them naturally and I really think this has been beneficial to them. I probably will pick this eye cream up again, or another from the Michael Todd range.

I really like 4 these products  out of the regimen and I've really enjoyed using them. I've loved knowing that they're an organic products and that I'm not loading my skin up with lots of harmful chemicals. I don't think its a lifetime investment brand, but I really have been impressed with the products. I will continue to use them for the rest of the year and will try some more products from the range.

If you have any more questions about the products let me know! Happy to answer:)
Do you use Michael Todd products? What are your favourite? I'd love to test them out.
