July Favourites! 2013

Hello! Sorry that this is a bit late! July has been a massive month for me! I've been travelling for almost half the month. First visiting family and then off to Melbourne for a romantic getaway with my lovely man! Because of this I've bought a fair amount this month but not really used it enough to make it into my favourites video. wah. So, let me show you my little pile of favourites that I have been LOVING this July.

Products Numero Uno!
Original Source Vanilla and Raspberry
Oh my lord. This is amazing! It smells just like a strawberry milkshake! The one pictured is my backup because the one in my shower is almost used up! I think everyone who I've forced into smelling this has loved it. Original Source is a really great Australian brand that are eco/enviro-conscious. All theyre packaging is 100% bio-degradable and naturally scented.

Lush Eau Roma Water
This has been the part of my skin care routine I've been looking forward to! After I shower I either spritz this all over my face or rub over my face with a cotton pad. It's really relaxing and soothing. I found while I was away I was really lazy with my skincare routine so Id cleanse my face then use this and that was it. Bad I know but I felt like it left my skin hydrated enough.
Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot BBB Cream (beauty boosting balm)
I've been interested in testing out a bb cream for a while. From what I've read Australian/westernised bb creams are pretty much just a glorified tinted moisturiser. I don't think NP's one is too much more but I do find it fuller coverage and light reflecting which I think looks a lot nicer than a usual tinted moisturiser. It definitely needs to be set with a mattifying powder though, otherwise you look a bit like a sweaty disco ball.
The BBB cream has an SPF 30 and snail mucus to help the skin to regenerate faster. I'm not sure about the snail mucus making my skin any better but I don't break out from the bb cream and the SPF meant it was great for while I was in Melbourne. Mike and I walked around loads, and although it was overcast 2/3 days the sun was still quite harsh.

Maybelline Mega Plush Volum' Express
When I first bought this I thought it was so crap! The wand is absolutely massive and so wobbly. I was smearing it all over my eyes like a three-year-old sneaking into her mums makeup stash. It was not a good look. After a couple of applications I realised I was just inept. Now I love this mascara. It's really volumising and lengthening! The consistancy is a bit of a hybrid between a waterproof and regular mascara. It stays on a little more than a regular but not as much as a waterproof. This is something I really love because I'm always looking like a panda. I DO reccomend setting your under eye concealer before applying your mascara because it can take a little bit to dry. Also, I love the colours.

MAC 212
This isn't a real MAC makeup brush, just one I picked up of ebay one time. This last month I've been using it to fill in my eyebrows. It's a lot denser than the brush that I was originally using which makes my brows look a lot more precise. So now my brows don't look like a caterpillar train wreck! (yay)

Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Extreme-Plump
This is a product my aunt in England bought for me and I have been looooving it! It's quite long wearing and I really nice sheer colour. I also looking like a have porn star lips because why not?
Every freaking day!
What have been your favourites this month? I have a whole heap of stuff for next month!
